Vince Amadeo is a Vice President of Global Security & Investigations for a top 10 US Bank. In that capacity, Vince is responsible for both employee and executive protection includes investigations into workplace threats, crimes against bank assets, building and maintaining law enforcement relationships, managing corporate event security, and providing security guidance to all lines of business. Before joining the private sector, Vince proudly served in the New York City Police Department for nearly 22 years where he was assigned as the Commanding Officer of the NYPD Shield Program along with his team he initiated the Global Shield Network that has now expanded to over 50 Shield Programs throughout the US and abroad, that includes Australia, Canada, London, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. In addition to serving as the current President of the non-for-profit Global Shield Foundation he also serves on the Board for the NYC Chapter of ASIS International. Vince’s academic credentials include a Master of Science Degree in Security Management, a BA in Political Science, and a Graduate Certificate in Police Studies. He is also a graduate of the 231st Session FBI National Academy. 

Ally Happel is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at GardaWorld Security - U.S., where she leads her team in spearheading organic growth initiatives and business development endeavors. Ally leads the business development team coast to coast, focused on delivering security solutions for customer success tailored to each individual client’s business needs. Prior to her tenure at GardaWorld Security, she held a series of pivotal roles in sales, business development, and marketing. She is an active member of ASIS where she currently serves as Assistant Regional Vice President for Region 5A. She also focuses on cultivating public private partnerships throughout the community, serving on the executive board of the Global SHIELD Foundation, a 501c3 benefiting the Global SHIELD Network. Ally holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminology and Community Organization from Washington College.

Mario founded Doyle Security Services (DSS) in 2005 with a team of security industry and law enforcement experts. Since then, DSS has grown into one of the New York metropolitan region’s premier security and life safety services providers, deploying thousands of protection professionals for high-profile clients at sensitive, highly trafficked locations.

Mario serves on the board of The Global Shield Foundation and has been active in the law enforcement and homeland security communities for over two decades. And has been recognized widely as a leader in promoting information-sharing partnerships between both law enforcement communities and private sector security practitioners.

Mario has also served in senior leadership roles at professional associations such as ASIS International and the Associated Licensed Detectives of New York State (ALDONYS). He is an active member of National Law Enforcement Associates, Inc., the Nassau County Municipal Police Chief’s Association, and serves as the Director of the Nassau County Police Foundation and the Suffolk County Police Athletic League.

A Vice President of Strategic Accounts for GardaWorl, Joe has been in leadership roles with ASIS and numerous PPP during the last twenty years. Joe was on the Board of Directors for the Baltimore County Police Foundation and an active participant in the Maryland Chiefs of Police Association.
